Spis (Eat) by Michelin chef Mikkel Karstad is a cookbook for anyone who is inspired by the changing seasons. By focusing on the ingredients that Mikkel values the most he presents a wide range of simple, yet sophisticated everyday recipes beautifully photographed by Anders Schønnemann. In the layout and cover of the book I wanted to give it an honest and down-to-earth feel but also a touch of something different.
