Following his last book Spis, chef Mikkel Karstad takes the reader on a fishing trip around the waters of Denmark, catching and cooking seafood from sustainable species. With over eighty seafood recipes, beautifully photographed by Anders Schönnemann, Mikkel gives the reader an experience for all five senses. The layout it rather simple and minimalistic and lets the dishes speak for themselves.
